FOREX-Dollar calm as market awaits Fed clues 
TOKYO, March 23 (Reuters) - The dollar was little changed against the euro and the yen on Thursday, with trade calm as the market looks ahead to next week’s Federal Reserve meeting for clues on how much higher interest rate will climb.
