Stock futures up on upgrades, Boeing 
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures pointed to a higher market open on Tuesday as an order for planes to Boeing Co. and a brokerage upgrade of software maker Adobe Systems Inc. boosted sentiment.
